Finally, if you read the Yorkshire Post you will have noticed that Sheer Bliss was heavily featured in a photo shoot I was involved with for Making Midlife Matter and promoting confidence in our midlife

I just want to finish with a quote from one of the models from that day

We as Women need to embrace our bodies and accept what we are capable of
